  Mia - Born 15/02/2005 - £350. Mia is a 3 year old Sun Conure hand reared from hatching. She is a very interactive bird with a sweet and loving character to those she has come to know and trust. She "dances" like a pro and can mimic my laugh. Mia prefers being outside the cage, either perched on your shoulder or cuddling in with you on the couch. She often visits different family members flying from room to room. The reason I can no longer take care of Mia is that I am spending more and more time away from home. I have plans to begin studying full time as well as work. With other members of my family already having commitments of their own there is less time being spent with Mia. We take Mia out for a few hours every night however, with just her own company during the day she has been prone to feather plucking. This is a hard habit to stop once a parrot has started however I do everything I can to help, such as spraying her everyday to keep her skin moist - she loves a bath. Mia has a fairly large cage, tent bed, perches, various toys, a parrot pet carrier and a hatch certificate which will be included in the sale. Mia will be missed dearly.
